  • When some particular part of your nostril hurts a lot when you touch or move it, then you may be suffering from one of the ingrown nose hair symptoms.
  • Usually the presence of ingrown hair is also accompanied by the presence of certain type of bacteria. These no doubt cause irritation to the sensitive and delicate skin inside nostrils. But, the bad news is no cream or ointment is suited for the delicate skin inside the nose.

  • Take a towel and damp it with considerably hot water that will not burn the delicate skin in your nostrils.
  • Put the towel on the affected spot and let it remain till the towel cools. Do this for approximately 20 minutes at a time and repeat three times each day.
  • Try to rub the area with the ingrown nose hair in rotating motion. This might help in ingrown nose hair removal. 
  • Apply some kind of ointment (antibiotic) that will help to prevent bacterial infection and keep the region safe.
  • In case the irritation becomes too much to take, you may consider using tweezers for ingrown nose hair removal after carefully considering the ingrown nose hair symptoms and treatment.
