You can start off trying each exercise at least ten times and increasing the repetitions as it gets easier.

Your Mouth - Look in a mirror and say each word once for five seconds. "OH" "AH" (like you are opening your mouth at the doctor's office without sticking out your tongue), "Cheese" "Charles". Repeat this a few times, and you should feel like you have gotten a good workout in your face. Open your mouth as wide as possible each time.

Your Lips - Suck hard on your thumb, at the same time, slowly remove your thumb from your mouth and keeping the pressure on your thumb with your lips as your thumb slides out.

Cheeks - Pull down both cheeks using your fingers on each hand. At the same time you are pulling them down, smile as strong as you can.

Try to do this at least once a week until your face muscles get used to being worked out. Then you will want to increase the workout to at least once a day. Do this exercise for at least 3 months and then switch to one of the other exercises that we have listed in our Facial Exercises section. How Long Does it Take For Wrinkles to Go Away

Just like any workout or training program that you start, it takes time and effort to reap the rewards.
